This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium remodel offers a cozy escape from the nearby urban downtown setting. Remodeling challenges presented many design opportunities. For example, recessed lighting was not possible in much of the condominium due to a concrete ceiling assembly, so a recessed cove detail was incorporated into many spaces, also concealing added roller shades. Other unique designs are evident through intricate tile patterns and recessed niches, shelving and custom casework and closets.
